  • The SAYOR program is for swimming during times when the pool is open but lifeguards are not on duty. The program is available to members that have agreed to the SAYOR terms and conditions. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to SAYOR unless accompanied by an adult member of their household who has agreed to the SAYOR Terms and Conditions.
  • SAYOR privileges can be enabled by updating your member profile. When you select SAYOR, the Pool lock will be updated to recognize your access cards as having SAYOR access.  Please note that it can take several days for the lock to be updated.

Use of the Pool by Children
  • Children under the age of 10 must have acceptable supervision by an adult or babysitter who is at least 14 years of age. Children 10 or older may swim without adult presence provided that a lifeguard is on duty and the child has  demonstrated their competence as a swimmer. If the lifeguard does not feel comfortable with an unsupervised child’s swimming ability, they have the authority to ask the child to leave the pool area until accompanied by an adult.
  • Appropriate swim diapers must be used by diaper-age children. Any accidents occurring due to inappropriate or non-diapering will result in a $250 fine and the pool having to be closed and shocked for 24 hours. A sample of an appropriate swim diaper is available in the pool office.
  • The wading (baby) pool is reserved for children 5 years of age or younger. Parents are responsible for children in the wading pool. The lifeguards do not monitor the wading pool.
  • Please leave the pool in the state you would expect when entering; close umbrellas, straighten chairs, throw trash away, etc.

Guest Policy
  • Guests must be accompanied by a Club member.
  • DoubleGate residents that are not members of the Doublegate Swim & Tennis Club may not use the facilities. They may not be a guest of other members or be a member of a swim or tennis team.
  • Residents may bring a maximum of four guests to the pool unless a party is booked with the Pool Chairperson.

Brivo Mobile Pass/FOBS
  • Members receive a mobile BRIVO pass for each member of the family when they join the club. Physical fobs will be provided if requested. Each fob/BRIVO pass is unique and is assigned to an individual. Do not give your fobs to others to use. DGST board members and lifeguards have the right to ask to see a BRIVO pass or a fob. You may be asked to leave the facility if these are not provided.
  • New fobs will not be issued each year. There is a $10 fee to replace any lost fobs.  Members moving out of DoubleGate must return all fobs.
  • Please close the pool gate securely when entering and exiting the pool area. We understand the desire to be polite when entering and exiting, however to protect our facility from liability and inappropriate use, please do not hold the gate open for others to enter.
  • Members are allowed access to the pool area when lifeguards are on duty. Members who have Swim At Your Own Risk (SAYOR) privileges are allowed access during the extended SAYOR hours. Access to the restrooms is allowed every day from 6:00 am to 11:15 pm through the exterior doors. Please turn off the lights and ensure the doors are closed when you leave.
